ALOPEXY 2% - 3 VIALS OF 60 ML

 
 
Alopexy 2 % is a solution for skin application used in cases of moderate hair loss of hormonal origin in adults, men and women. It contains Minoxidil a medicine that stimulates hair growth and slows down hair loss when applied to the scalp. Minoxidil is also an antihypertension drug but applied topically it doesn’t affect the blood tension. This product isn’t suitable for sudden hair loss, following an illness or drug treatment.
 
Instructions for use
  • Read the leaflet of the product or consult with your doctor or pharmacist before use.
  • Apply a dose of 1 ml twice a day to the scalp starting from the center of the area to be treated. 6 sprays are necessary to apply a dose of 1 ml.
  • The daily dose should not exceed 2 ml regardless of the size of the area to be treated.
  • Spread the product with your fingertips on dry hair and scalp to cover the entire area to be treated on. 
  1. Press down on the plastic cap while turning it counterclockwise.
  2. The pipette is used to precisely take 1 ml of solution to distribute over the entire area to be treated.
  3. Snap the cannula into the pump. Hold the pump body firmly by pressing the push part of the cannula.
  4. Insert the spray with cannula into the bottle and screw it on firmly.
Warning
DO NOT use /apply Alopexy 2%:
  • If you are allergic to minoxidil or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
  • If you have no family history of alopecia, if you have sudden and / or patchy hair loss, hair loss following childbirth, or hair loss of unknown cause.
  • If you scalp is reddened, inflamed, irritated or feels painful.
  • At the same time with other medications applied to the scalp.
  • On another part of the body.
  • Along with retinoic acid or anthralin. 
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
DO NOT exceed the recommended daily dose.
DO NOT swallow. 
DO NOT inhale.
DO NOT expose the treated scalps to sun.
 
Precautions:
Consult with your doctor or pharmacist before using Alopexy 2 % solution for skin application:
  • In case of old heart diseases.
  • If you have recently taken or are taking other medicines.
Avoid contact with eyes, wound and mucous membranes. 
You must stop treatment immediately and consult your doctor:
  • If you experience a drop in blood pressure, chest pain or rapid pulse.
  • In case of weakness or dizziness.
  • When taking sudden unexplained weight, swelling of hands or feet (edema).
  • In case of persistent redness or irritation of the scalp.
Other information
Keep this medication out of reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the outer packaging after EXP. 
The solution should be used for 1 month maximum after first opening.
 
Ingredients
The active substance is: Minoxidil 2 g for 100 ml of solution for skin application.
The other ingredients are: G -Cyclodextrin, 96% Ethanol, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water.
