2. How do I sign up?

Fill in your first and last name, your date of birth, your mobile number, your email address and a password of your choosing. If you would like to receive emails from Ditë e Natë about our latest sales and promotions, check on the Email Preferences box. Click the green “Continue” button to submit your information. You will receive an email in order to confirm your email address, followed by a confirmation one that says "Congratulations"! Your account has been created.

3. Are my personal details safe?

Our online pharmacy considers any information given by the user, concerning personal data and order information, confidential and secret. We are committed not to publicize, exchange, sell or reveal personal details of any customer. For more details, please visit the Privacy Policies page.

4. Can others view my personal information?

All your information regarding personal data, prescription, health records and credit card transactions, will be securely stored and can only be accessed by you and the authorized Ditë e Natë personel. We are 100% committed to maintaining  your privacy.

5. How can I place an order?

All you need to do is to go to our website and there you can find all the products that we offer, separated within different categories. To place an order in the online pharmacy you should choose the desired product and then click on the “Add to cart” button. After that, click on the cart icon on the top right corner of the website and then click on the “Check Out” button. You can decide if you want to create an account, so that your information for future orders will be saved on our system, or you can just check out as a guest. Then, you should decide if you want to pay by credit card or cash on delivery. Lastly, the order is placed when the credit card payment goes through, or when you click on the button “Pay cash upon delivery.” You will then receive a confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. Orders should be done from 9 am - 6 pm

6. Can I cancel my order?

7. Can a product be returned?

To enable product return you can contact us on +355677333777. Return or replacement of the product is accepted within 5 days from the purchase day, provided that the product has not been used and its packaging has not been damaged. If the product has been damaged during transport then you can easily return it. 

The return of the product can be done at "Dite Nate" pharmacy at Myslym Shyri street. The delivery of the new product is done at the same place within the deadlines with the same payment method. 

 

 

 

8. Are the prices on the online pharmacy the same with those in the actual pharmacy?
The prices are almost the same.  But align to the concept of creating this sales channel worldwide, online shopping sometimes operates with better daily, weekly and monthly offers to be closer to you at any given moment.
9. How can I update my email address and my personal information?

Once you have created your account you can change your personal information by clicking on the icon with your initials and then clicking on "My profile". There you can change or delete all your personal information stored on the website. 

 

 

10. How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is confirmed, our staff carefully packs your order and sends it to the logistics department. Regardless of which option you chose Pick UP or Delivery to the address, your package in Tirana will be sent by courier within the same day. If the order is in other districts, it can be maximumly delivered the next day.

11. Are all the products immediately available?

Yes, all the products are immediately available.

12. What do I do if I have an item missing from my order?

Check underneath any packaging in the box. Check your email and order history to confirm that an item is really missing. If you find that you are missing an item, we advise you to contact our Customer care team using the “Contact us” page.

13. What are your accepted payment options?

When checking out, the available methods of payment are: Credit & Debit Cards and Cash.

14. Where do you ship?

We cover all the shippments throught the entire territory of Albania.
