Enema Cooper is a solution used for relieving from constipation. It can be used for bowel evacuant before surgical procedures. Suitable for adults and children over 2 years of age.
Product description
Enema Cooper is a hypertonic solution of monophosphate and diphosphate sodium used as a laxative drug. It relieves from constipation by facilitating the excretion of fecal stools. The solution is used to prepare the rectum for diagnostic and surgical operations. 
 
Indications
It is indicated:
  • Laxative for short-terms treatment of constipation. 
  • Bowel evacuant for a variety of surgical procedures. 
Instructions for use
  1. Remove the cap from the tip of the enema nozzle.  
  2. Lie on your left side with the right knee bent. Use the administration tool included in the package. 
  3. Using the right hand,  insert the tip of the enema nozzle into the rectum. 
  4. After insertion, start squeezing the enema container to push the liquid into the rectum.  
Dosage 
  • Adults: 60-150 ml a day. 
  • Children above 2 years: 10-60 ml a day. 
Warning
DO NOT use Enema Cooper in patients with megacolon. 
DO NOT use it if you have imperforate anus. 
DO NOT give it to children under 2 years of age. 
 
Precautions:
  • Enema use is only a temporary measure, prolonged or excessive use is not recommended. 
  • Avoid use during pregnancy. 
Other information
Store it in room temperature (<25°C). Keep away from the reach of children.  
Do not use after the expiry date. The expiry date is printed on the outer box and the inner container. 
 
Ingredients
Sodium Monophosphate, Sodium Diphosphate, Water for injections, Sorbic Acid.
