Mevafast is a food supplement containing Melatonin, Valerian and vitamin B2. Melatonin reduces the time needed to fall asleep. Valeriana promotes relaxation and sleep. Vitamin B2 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system by relieving anxiety and stress.
